Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company and its affiliates and subsidiaries (Employer) and our 3rd party contracted employment-related vendor(s) (each, a Vendor) process personal data relating to applicants seeking employment at Employer solely for the purposes of managing the application and recruitment process, and for related human resources purposes.The Vendor’s relationship with Enterprise is that of an independent contractor, and the Vendor does not serve as the Employer’s agent or employee.
While each Vendor and the Employer have instituted security precautions to protect the privacy of data you submit, Vendors and the Employer cannot guarantee security or confidentiality against all hackers, other attacks, or other security failures.
The Employer and Vendor will not use or disclose your information to any third party other than in accordance with this privacy statement.
In order that the Employer and Vendor can provide a personalised recruitment and selection service, you will be asked to submit personal information such as your name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number, along with information relevant to your education, qualifications and experience.
By submitting personal information, you grant the Employer and Vendor the right to use personal data for the following purposes:
- recruitment and selection by Employer;
- for test data by Vendor in connection with their business of helping Employer select qualified job applicants. As part of this validation research, the data may be processed by the Vendor and disclosed to their employees and professional advisors, including affiliate companies in other countries or locations;
- for the Vendor to gather data submitted by you and to transmit this data to the Employer for purposes of the Employer's equal opportunity monitoring; and
- to contact you regarding your application.
Employer may retain, review, disclose, and share your personal information with its service providers, vendors and government agencies (as required by law) for Employer's legal, recruitment, and selection purposes.
Employer may also investigate your background or consult with others about your background for Employer's legal, recruitment or selection purposes. Records of unsuccessful applications are retained by the Vendor and Employer for a period of up to 1 year unless you have provided your consent for this information to be retained beyond this time.When you visit this site, your IP address (the address which identifies your computer on the internet) is automatically logged. IP addresses are used to administer the Web site and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use only.
In addition, Employer and/or Vendor may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of internet browser you use or the site from which you linked to this Web site. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist in providing an effective service on this Web site. Information may be supplied from time to time to the owners or operators of third party Web sites from which it is possible to link to this Web site however this will be information relating to the number of users linking to the Web site and you cannot be identified from this information.
Employer and/or Vendor may use cookies to collect the IP address and clickstream information described above. They may also use cookies to store some information on your computer when you use this Web site. This information facilitates your use of the Web site and helps the Vendor and the Employer to provide the best level of service. Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company and its affiliates and subsidiaries (Employer) and its 3rd party contracted employment-related vendor(s) (each, a Vendor) process personal data relating to applicants seeking employment at Employer solely for the purposes of managing the application and recruitment process, and for related human resources purposes.
The Vendor’s relationship with Employer is that of an independent contractor and the Vendor does not serve as the Employer’s agent or employee.
In order that Employer and Vendor can provide a personalised recruitment and selection service, you will be asked to submit personal information such as your name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number along with information relevant to your education, qualifications and experience.
1.2 Data protection, data security
Your personal data will be recorded and processed according the German Data Security Regulations, especially the Federal Data Security Law (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz BDSG). Your data will be treated confidentially.
1.3. Transmission and processing of personal data use or disclose personal data for the following purposes:
- recruitment and selection by Employer;
- collection, processing and use of personal data for the application process;
- for the Vendor to gather data submitted by you and to transmit this data to Employer for purposed of the equal opportunity monitoring; and
- to contact you regarding your application.
